Talks between wide receiver Davante Adams and the Green Bay Packers on a long-term extension reportedly have broken down on the eve of training camp.

The ankle issue that plagued New Orleans Saints star Michael Thomas last season will reportedly delay the wide receiver's debut in 2021.

Patrick Mahomes said he would have no physical limitations at Kansas City Chiefs training camp, which begins on Saturday for him with the start of a three-day camp for quarterbacks and rookies.

The Saints needed depth even before Thomas had ankle surgery and will have to rely on lesser-known names.

Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott practiced fully Friday and said he didn't think about his ankle at all during the session.
